About The Program
The Xi Pi Uplift Foundation is proud to support the Kingdom Builder’s Family Life Center, an organization committed to strengthening families and transforming lives. Recognizing the profound impact of domestic (intimate partner) and sexual (non-intimate) violence, Kingdom Builders provides comprehensive services designed to nurture resilience, promote healing, and empower individuals across all walks of life.
Through their violence prevention and interruption programs, they actively engage the community with strategies aimed at addressing and reducing violence before it occurs. Their work emphasizes education, intervention, and sustainable change.
Kingdom Builders also invests deeply in youth development, offering mentorship, leadership training, and academic support that help young people unlock their potential. By equipping the next generation with the tools and confidence to lead, they foster stronger families and a healthier community.
In addition, Kingdom Builders is committed to community engagement through culturally specific training and outreach that raises awareness about sexual and domestic violence. Their efforts center the voices and experiences of BIPOC individuals, men, children, and young adults from marginalized communities who have been disproportionately affected by these issues.
Together, the Xi Pi Uplift Foundation and Kingdom Builder’s Family Life Center are working to change the narrative—empowering families, uplifting communities, and breaking cycles of violence.
How We Impact The Community
With a strong foundation in service and leadership, we strive to create lasting change by helping young people make good things happen in their lives.
We’ve awarded over $328,000 in scholarships and grants to local high school students—helping them take their first step toward a brighter future through higher education.
We believe lasting impact starts at the local level, and that's why 100% of our efforts are focused right here at home. We're proud to serve, support, and uplift the very community we call family.
As the charitable arm of the Xi Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., we carry forward a legacy of brotherhood, leadership, and community uplift—impacting lives with purpose and integrity.
